Shipping policy
Processing Time
We’re proud to now manufacture most of our apparel in-house. Because of this, graphic items are made to order and usually ship within 8-12 business days after payment is confirmed.
Rush Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Athletic wear and specialty products are kept in stock and usually ship the next business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days via UPS

International: 14–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, IronGrind Athletics is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
IronGrind Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost:

Check around your property and with household members.

Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Contact your local carrier for assistance.
If the carrier confirms in writing that the package is lost, please forward that confirmation to support@irongrindathletics.com so we can assist.
Shipping Protection
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you are entitled to a one-time reshipment of your order, provided all steps above to locate the package have been completed and written proof from the carrier confirms the package is lost.
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you claim the package was not received, we cannot offer a replacement — even with Shipping Protection — as tracking is our only proof of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
