Shipping & Exchanges
US orders take 3-5 business days to get delivered. All international orders get 14-21 business days to get delivered. Once we ship the international orders they're shipped to a USPS department here in the US and then they send it to the shipping couriers from the country you reside. Once the orders get out of US we are not able to track your order until it gets to your local courier, but you can get in contact through the shipping tracking number. The order will state it's been delivered in the shipping courier outside of the US which after they will ship out your order. You'll receive another notification in the tracking number stating it's being delivered to your address or you'll receive your order at your door within the remaining period of the business delivery days. You can find the tracking code and the shipping courier on the email we send you once shipped.
Items purchased from IronGrind Athletics are eligible for an exchange if returned or postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
To make an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
All sale items purchased are final sales, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes (except ambassadors/athletes codes, personal and referral codes). We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for an exchange. In case of buying an item from our Clearance Sale and we don't have any more on your size, we will issue you a gift card with the same amount paid for your item so you can get something else.
